Presentation Guideline
For Oral Presenters
How to Attend Sessions
Oral sessions will be held on‐site and online by using Zoom as the platform.
For Online Oral Presenters
- Please install the latest version of the Zoom app (free) on your computer in advance. Although Zoom works on a browser, the use of the app is strongly recommended to avoid trouble.
- Please log‐in to “Confit” to access Zoom online session.
- Please turn off your microphone and camera except when you are giving a presentation or asking a question.
- Please make sure to change your Zoom username as follow: your presentation ID + your full name.
- If there is anything you need to ask/check with the host or the chair, please use the chat.
- You can join the session 15 minutes before it starts. Testing your audio connection and screen‐sharing is highly recommended prior to the session start

For On‐site Oral Presenters:
Audio‐Visual Equipment
The following equipment is ready at each session room during CLEO‐PR2022/ISOM'22/ODF'22:
- * LCD projector
- * PC (laptop computer, Windows 10 Professional) with PowerPoint 2019 and PDF Adobe Reader DC
- * Projection laser pointer
Copy Your Presentation File
Please copy your presentation file to the PC equipped on the podium in each session room. All the on-site oral presenters are asked to bring their presentation files with own USB thumb drive. It is the presenter's responsibility to copy your presentation file as soon as possible in each session room at any break in advance to the session of your presentation. There are also student staff who would be supporting to copy your presentation data in the room. The file must be compatible with Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat on Microsoft Windows indicated above. Your presentation file will be surely deleted after the session.
